Thank you for shopping with Texas High School Basketball! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, and tracking information.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 Business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-7 Business days.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to be updated.

5. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, high demand).

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, subject to availability.
